I have worked shoulder to shoulder with dozens of entrepreneurs over the past 25 years – people with enormous personal commitment, positive energy for every setback, and the drive to bring greater efficiency and creative design to the people who need their products. My clients are software, medical technology, industrial innovation, outdoor industry and environmental companies, but more importantly, they are people who want to make smart business decisions.

I am a lawyer by training, and based on more than twenty-five years of successful entrepreneurial experience, I provide integrated handling of market, financial, technical, legal, tax, and organizational considerations. I combine a strong intuitive sense with seasoned analytical skills, so that I can take the mystery out of complex issues.
