I have worked shoulder to shoulder with dozens of entrepreneurs over the past 30 years – people with enormous personal commitment, positive energy for every setback, and the drive to bring greater efficiency and creative design to the people who need their products. My clients are software, medical technology, industrial innovation, outdoor industry,  environmental and food companies. More importantly, they are people who want to make smart business decisions.
 
In the non-profit world, I have provided leadership on land trust projects, placed numerous organizations on a sound financial footing and worked at the cross-section of business and social goals. 
 
I am a lawyer by training.  Based on more than twenty-five years of successful entrepreneurial experience, I provide integrated handling of market, financial, technical, legal, tax, and organizational considerations, with exceptional skills in quantitative modeling. I combine a strong intuitive sense with seasoned analytical skills, so that I can take the mystery out of complex issues.  I can help you weave your vision into the fabric of your organization.
